Where those rules differ from this page, the rules published with the individual promotion apply. Where our general Terms and Conditions settle a point, they take priority over both.

Promotions are open only to registered account holders who are 18 or over and who have completed the account checks described in our general terms. We hold a gaming licence and verify accounts before funds are paid out, so the details on your account must be accurate, complete and kept up to date.

How wagering is counted

1. The requirement is calculated on the bonus amount, the qualifying deposit, or both, exactly as set out in the promotion.
2. Real money in your balance is used before bonus funds unless the promotion states the opposite; the cashier shows which balance each bet is drawn from.
3. Only settled bets count towards the requirement. Bets that are voided, cancelled or refunded do not count.

When a bonus ends

If you complete the wagering requirement within the stated period, the balance attached to the bonus becomes real money and can be withdrawn, subject to the usual verification and payment checks. If the period passes, or you withdraw before the requirement is met, the bonus and any winnings still attached to it are removed and your own funds remain. Free spins must be used within the period shown with the offer; unused spins are removed when the offer ends.

We may change, suspend or end a promotion at any time. Changes will not affect a bonus you have already claimed, unless we have to act for legal, licensing or account security reasons. An offer published in error, including a rate, period or amount stated by mistake, does not create an entitlement, and we will correct it as soon as we notice it.
